Our family has been blessed to be at Cornerstone Christian Academy. As a parent and administrator at CCA over the last 5 years, I’ve watched our 3 kids grow and flourish as they walked the CCA halls through their middle and high school years. Now with one graduated from college, a CCA graduate serving in the USMC, another approaching high school graduation and the youngest right behind him, my husband and I are counting our blessings and are acutely aware how quickly time passes.

When we learned about the CCA mission trip to Costa Rica, Alayna and I welcomed the opportunity to join the mission team. It had been on our hearts to join a mission effort that would offer us the prospect of reaching out and sharing the Gospel with people in less fortunate parts of the world. We are excited that through the CCA mission our students will be able to connect with youth through sports ministry. Knowing her love of athletics, this will be an awesome way for Alayna to relate with the young people she meets. We look forward to being able to share Christ’s love with women and children in need. Please pray that the mission team will have a safe and fruitful journey, and will have a positive impact on the families touched by this program.
